About Spacious

We were founded in 2021 to solve the garage temperature epidemic that most Aussie homes faced. With Covid and cost-of-living increases, lots of people were looking to use their garage as an extra room/utility area.

Yet, since most homes have insulation in all rooms EXCEPT their garages, the harsh Aussie weather can make the garage un-useable in most months.

Since we were founded in 2021, we’ve insulated over 250 Gold Coast homes and helped changed their garage’s temperature, forever! Now, our customer’s can use their garages for whatever they need it for, making their home much more SPACIOUS.

Our Environmental Mission

Did you know that there is an estimated 12,000 tons of EPS polystyrene put into Australian landfill each year?

Our environmental initiative is to remove as much polystyrene from reaching landfill and instead relocating the foam to a place where it can live out its life safely. For the standard EPS insulation panels, we utilise reformed polystyrene to shape the require sizes of panels we need to insulate each garage. This means that there is less polystyrene to dispose of, and no contribution to harming water sources across Australia!
